mirchee will design, develop, finalise and book all logistical requirements as per -, or closely matching as possible -, -any client’s (or client group’s) request (in terms of almost “anything under the sun” for and from the time of passing through the Destination’s “Port of Entry” till departing through whatever “Port of Exit” – yes, we’ll endeavour to do such). And though we have opted to specialize in Destination Management to and through South Africa, we may also be able to offer attractively enticing services & products in other Southern African countries as well as other Continents, if offered the appropriate opportunity, either directly, or through various organizations and individuals in partnerships and collaborations.
Please ensure that all information provided to us, either directly by yourself or by any representative or third party acting on your behalf, is in fact complete and exactly correct, as any errors or omissions may have immediate or subsequent adverse impacts and effects (please refer to “the contract”).
Including and not limited to exact substantiating names as per the passport, your nationality, date of birth, and that of any children’s ages with date of birth and any other special requests at the time of booking. Any material differences which are accurate/interpretable/reasonable and accepted as norm, must indeed be communicated and clearly understood by us in order to be effectible. And any shortfall, which leads to us not understanding the full implication of any error and omission including in any Travel/Destination Management related booking/fact, may relate to problematic experience (or even penalties/delays or complete cancellations)
All deadlines for payments indeed reflected by us, shall be as per in our favour, of that wherein either our Financial/Banking Institution themselves have not yet concretely confirmed the veritable funds justifiably existing in the relevant account, and/or in instances whenever or if ever necessary, that of any third party of whom/from whom, we have instructed you directly to pay into their accounts. In such instances, but preferably prior to such payments, please ensure that you have received the relevant Demand Amount, banking details as well as Deposit Reference, as well as send us the deposit proof. Once proof of payment is received, we will also endeavour to confirm that it has been received.
Whenever and if ever any (further) information or decision is requested on either of our parts, we shall endeavour to respond within 5 working days, or give a read receipt. However, apart from if a minor/non-material confirmation is requested, we shall consider that you understand it has been read/received. Also, as best as possible offer 2 working days for our reading, if not responding finally, then responding and confirming that we’ll revert at the soonest to you, with the needful as appropriate.
To facilitate certain services mirchee will outsource suppliers.
Please note, that even in some instances, though there may not have been specific mention of certain supplier or service provider names in whole or part, nor incidentally their specific or implied/inferred T&C’s, not the least of which Cancellations and Penalties or Changes, that unfortunately in acting on your behalf, in terms of such specific referred unto Supplier/Service Provider’s perspective, we may or may have not chosen to previously communicate such name or T&C and implied related previously, however should any situation arise circumstance/exist as an eventuality, even though it may have been unforeseen on our part, any burden shall unfortunately be borne by the client.
And should there be any argument regarding whom is responsible to finance/fund penalties, then indeed any party whom (or through whom such would have occurred) and from which or through which reasonable understanding and implied understanding could have been had by us, will indeed also be the party whose onus and responsibility it will be to have these penalties timeously and before any deadlines paid.
We reserve the right to enter into debt collection any third party as well as to communicate any late or non-payment to any such debt/credit information furnisher as well as prosecute or publish intent to prosecute any transgressor.
We will be responsible and obligated for services and tours offered by mirchee. We will not be liable for any services or tours booked or purchased by you.
All prices are subject to change without prior notice. mirchee has the right to substitute hotels or tour components, change routing or cancel any tour or portion thereof should it deem necessary.
All prices are quoted in South African Rand and are subject to change based on the currency fluctuations and the rate of exchange at the time of payment. For tours to other Southern African countries like Zambia, Zimbabwe, Kenya and Tanzania, rates given in a currency other than in USD (American Dollars) are subject to change in case of variation of the exchange rate.
Deposit payment of the total package price after confirmation of the booking will be based on contract signed by both parties. For certain services offered, some suppliers demand payment at least 45-60 days before the travel date. The booking will be cancelled if such payments are not made.
Cancellation fees will apply based on the contract signed by both parties.All cancellations must be made in writing.
Should you require a booking timeline to be extended, mirchee will offer alternative hotel/service options, if they are not available at the time of booking.
Limitiations of our responsibility & acceptance of yours – we’re compassionate humans and if ever & wherever possible, if there us some reasonable way to limit/minisise and even negate any incurred liability, we’ll do our reasonable utmost to do so – but such is not a material clause of our terms & conditions, just a “thumbs up”? on our characteristic attitude.
We will do our best to ensure and take care in offering you a hassle free travel experience. However, there may be occassions due to unforeseen circumstances, wherein services maybe disrupted.
mirchee is solely an agent providing you, the client with various services like transportation, hotel accommodation and other services. mirchee will not be liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident or delay due to any act or default, loss of enjoyment or force majeure or acts of God, sickness, labour disputes, wars, mechanical breakdowns, government actions, weather or any other unforseen events causeda outside of the company’s control.
